First off your show Rocks! In our area of Wisconsin we run coyotes and bobcats with hounds. I've been lucky enough to get a bobcat with the hounds, but this year I'm hunting a location that has to much private land for the hounds to run on. I've borrowed a call from a buddy and with tips from the show I was able to call in a big cat while scouting the area prior to season. I'll be ordering a Ruffidawg today and going back in December to get him. Thanks for doing a show like this. I do enjoy hunting deer and the like, however I get a lot more excited when it comes time to break out the snow camo and my 204 rifle. I've been a hunter all my "long" life. Its great being able to watch a normal guy hunt yo'dogs with the passion that Les has. Here in the west we have a lot of dogs but a lot more private land. I have to make the best of what we have here an I've learned a few great little tricks from Les that I have added to my bag. Sometimes they work the first time and sometimes they don’t but it sure is fun when they do. I had a hunt a few weeks ago and called in 3 dogs all at once and charged in hard! Got one and left the others for seed. All I could think about was that I saw Les do the same thing (miss one!) and I wish I had a camera. Predator Quest and Les are livin the dream and I'm jealous!

Hi Les, just recently discovered that I have the Sportman's channel on Direct TV and really enjoy your show. My son, who is 17, and I went out coyote hunting yesterday, the first time this year, as your show got me excited about it again. I have gone out about 6 times before and have seen a few coyotes, but was never able to connect.

We live in Sparks, Nv and we drove up into the hills where I like to run with my German Shorthair and I have seen coyote scat. We walked in about 1/2 mile and set up on the side of a hill overlooking a nice open bowl. After watching you do your calling on your show, (its the one where Peyton shoots his first hog, then you go coyote hunting and shoot a coyote with your shotgun almost immediately after giving your first call) I called for about 30 seconds on my mouth call.

Within 2-3 minutes, a coyote came in hot and we shot him at about 35 yards. This was our very first coyote and we were sure excited.

Thanks for such an awesome show and I am going to purchase one of your DVD's to see and learn more on this fun family sport.

Les; Four years ago my son and i went on our first predator hunt in a creek bed and highline wire through about 500 yards from our house. We called in a young female and shot her with my 22 Hornet at about 35 yards. I hunt this same spot every year. I have had some bad breaks on stand be cause of not waiting long enought. Last year while feeding my horse i saw a coyote in the grass hunting and gave him some time to move out and went to call him and he came from a direction i was not ready for and all the he was 12 feet in front of me i missed him i was startled. Predator Quest has inspired me to take up yet another hobby. I do hunt Whitetails and Turkeys, Bass fish, spend money on an old 1987 Ford Mustang GT and now I've found something to do in my spare time. I started watching and/or taping your show in February of this year and managed to coax a coyote and a fox in range before our season ended on March 1st. Predator Quest is the best show i have seen in the past few years. I have the day and time set on the calendar of my cellphone with an alarm that goes off 15 minutes before the program starts. I've been hooked and obsessed since calling in my first coyote. This week I called in three. I owe my success this year to the knowledge I've learned watching your show. I use mouth calls and I'm planning to buy your calls soon but haven't had the chance yet.

I called in the big ol dog the other day and he seamed not very interested. He skirted this open area in the sage working his way downwind. I thought about the shot but never did, I like to call them in close. He got downwind but still just lopped around. My attention left him because another one came in from my downwind to 50 yds so I took it, but I'm curious to know what you think. I'm guessing the first dog must have been called in before and has learned his lesson. I should have taken him at 200 yrds but I try not to shoot unless they stop. What do you think?

We really enjoy your show. It's very educational and exciting to watch. Watching your show with your techniques and tips have helped us. There are not many people hunting coyotes in our area and the coyotes seem to be far and few between. We have been calling a few in on the lakes in the winter in the daylight but mostly at night. Like all the others i love your show too, the only difference is I live in chetwynd, BC, Canada and here and the surrounding area has recently become infested with wolves mostly, an incredible abundance of coyotes and tonnes of foxes too. I try my best at managing the predator population here but seem to be alone in this passion. I need help, the elk, moose, and mule/whitetail deer I hunt here as well as the rabbit and grouse population is beginning to plummit from an overabundance of predators and a series of bad winters. Thanks for all the great footage, tips and tricks. I use them daily or at least weekly. Just last week I harvested 3 red foxes and 2 coyotes.

Let me begin by commending you on a great show on TSC. We have seen an increase in our coyote population in Eastern NC over the past few years. After watching your show a new hunting avenue was opened for me. Deer hunting land here can be hard to come by and very expensive. I love watching your show and i am amazed by the amounts of coyotes you are able to take. i have learned many things from you that are helping me on my Predator Quest. i just recently started my Predator Quest, i picked up a Jackrabbit distress call and use my uncles 22-250 Rem. i have only taken 3 coyotes so far but i will continue watching your show and learning new things from you.

I have heard many times the different packs of coyotes on my land in middle Tennessee. I've wondered about how to hunt them and one day I came across your show and I am hooked.
